My Garden

I moved here quite recently and when I was looking for somewhere new to live one of the criteria was that there would be plenty of space for a new garden, that it would be safe for my cats and that it would be private.  Well it’s all that, but it was also in a terrible state, and so in my blog I had planned to write a diary of my work in the garden.

As its turned out I started to add lots of asides about other goings on, my work and flowers and the hens and goodness knows what.

If you’ve followed me from the beginning you’ll have seen the endless brambles, nettles, coppiced sycamores and rubbish heaps which are slowly becoming a vegetable plot, fruit trees, herbacous borders and compost heaps….with the added complications of ex battery hens on a mission to destroy.
